We will be instituting a cancellation/no-call no-show fee. If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours or if you “no-call no-show” a $25 fee will be charged to your account and will be needed to be paid on your next visit. Exceptions will be made on individual bases. 2. The prices of the punch cards have changed to allow larger punch cards. Please call the clinic for pricing changes.
